Returns

We accept returns only if the product received is not in its intended condition, is damaged, or has missing parts at the time of delivery. Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at handiquestyling@gmail.com with order details and relevant images.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to reflect.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product or a different one, we recommend returning the original item for store credit and placing a new order separately. For support, email handiquestyling@gmail.com.
