Product Authenticity & Nature of Material

Each Handique product is carefully handcrafted and checked for quality and workmanship. However, as wood is a natural and organic material, slight imperfections, variations in grain, colour, size, and texture are considered part of its inherent beauty — not defects.

Product Care & Handling

All customers are expected to follow the care instructions provided. Improper handling, misuse, or use of treatments not recommended by us may lead to damage such as scratches or dents, for which Handique is not liable.

Transit Damage

Any damage that occurs during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for us to process a repair or replacement.

Natural Wear & Warranty Limitations

Wood naturally responds to environmental changes. As such, splits, cracks, knots, fading, and expansion/contraction over time are expected and are not covered under warranty, as they are part of the aging process of real wood.
